One Health Source LLC reserves the right to refuse sale if it believes a customer is violating these Terms.

All content, logos, graphics, and other material on our Services are the intellectual property of One Health Source LLC and are protected by copyright and trademark laws. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made through our Services. You further agree to promptly update account and payment information, including email address, payment method, and payment card expiration date, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.

• Due to the sensitive nature of our products and regulatory guidelines, all sales are final.
• We do not accept returns, issue refunds, or allow cancellations under any circumstances.
• In the rare event of a shipping error (e.g., incorrect or missing items), you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery and provide a complete unboxing video recorded at the time of first opening.
• Requests without proper documentation may be denied.
• Upon confirmation of a shipping error, we will issue a replacement of the original order at no additional cost.
• No cash refunds will be provided under any circumstances.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, One Health Source LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the Services or any products procured through the Services.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Your continued use of our Services following the posting of changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.
